We are seeking a passionate and experienced Family Day Care Coordinator/Nominated Supervisor to join our supportive Coordination Unit team.

As a Family Day Care Coordinator, you will:
* Support, mentor, and guide Family Day Care Educators to deliver high‐quality education and care
* Conduct regular home visits, compliance checks, and assessments
* Build strong, respectful relationships with educators, families, and the wider community
* Provide advice on programming, child development, and regulatory requirements
* Assist in maintaining compliance with the National Quality Framework
About You
You are someone who:
* Holds a relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care
* Has sound knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Family Day Care
* Demonstrates strong communication and relationship‐building skills
* Is organised, self‐motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
* Is passionate about supporting educators and achieving quality outcomes for children
Additional Requirements
* Open Queensland Driver's license, without current suspension or disqualification
* Having your own vehicle to use for visits (mileage can be claimed)
* Having a PRODA number
* A current police check and working with children (Blue Card) check

Compensation
Pay: $33.49–$36.57 per hour, plus $100 per week for Nominated Supervisor duties, super, flexible working hours by negotiation and access to generous salary packaging.
