What We're Seeking:
* A minimum of six years' experience in industry or consulting roles.
* Proven ability to nurture effective client relationships.
* A track record of leading teams combined with proven business development skills.
* A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience is essential.
* Academic achievements such as a degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or related fields. Professional certifications like CA, CPA, CIA, CISA are treasured.
* A thorough grasp of internal control concepts (COSO, COBIT), risk management frameworks and auditing practices.
* Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley Act compliance is welcomed but not mandatory.
* Strong organizational skills coupled with the ability to nurture client relationships through empathetic engagement.
