Job Title: Senior Organisational Change Manager
About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Senior Organisational Change Manager to lead the design, coordination and delivery of change and capability strategies that enable the successful implementation of a major organisational transformation across Queensland Health.
Key Responsibilities:
* Designing and leading organisational change strategies, impact assessments, stakeholder engagement and resistance management processes to deliver sustainable business outcomes in large, diverse and complex organisations with strict timeframes and budgets.
* Developing and delivering training programs and resources that build workforce capability and enable smooth transitions during organisational change. This includes identifying learning needs, developing educational resources and evaluating training effectiveness.
* Analysing complex issues, identifying risks and opportunities, defining success measures and developing practical solutions that align with organisational priorities and compliance requirements.
* Communicating, facilitating, influencing and negotiating with a wide range of stakeholders, including unions, and building trusted relationships across all levels in a confident and professional manner.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience and expertise in designing and leading organisational change strategies, impact assessments, stakeholder engagement and resistance management processes.
* Proven ability and experience in developing and delivering training programs and resources.
* High-level written and verbal communication skills, with proven experience in communicating, facilitating, influencing and negotiating with a wide range of stakeholders.
