LVL80 Cranes is seeking a highly organised and proactive Sales & Operations Administrator to join our Kilkenny team.
This is a varied, fast-paced role supporting key functions across Sales, Projects, Operations and Finance. You will play an important role in ensuring smooth delivery of administrative and project processes across major construction and infrastructure work.
This role is initially offered as a 27.5-hour per week position, Monday to Friday, with the potential to increase to full-time depending on business needs and the successful candidate's capacity to take on additional responsibilities.
Key responsibilities
* Assist with preparation, approval and management of client quotations
* Maintain sales data and project documentation within internal systems
* Coordinate government and airport permits for tower crane projects
* Raise purchase orders, variations and back charges
* Support contract and project administration
* Liaise with suppliers, authorities and internal teams as requested by senior staff
* Maintain compliance documentation and regulatory approvals
* Provide general administrative support to senior staff

Additional information
The successful applicant will be required to complete an initial training period at our NSW head office (approximately one week). While interstate travel for training is preferred, we understand this may not be possible for everyone and are open to discussing flexible arrangements where required.
