Prospect

CSR is seeking a highly organised and proactive Despatch Coordinator to join our team at Yarraville. This newly created role plays a critical part in ensuring the smooth, accurate and safe movement of goods while supporting warehouse operations, customer service, and transport partners.

Key Responsibilities

* Process accurate despatch documentation for transfers, deliveries, and customer pickups
* Coordinate daily despatch operations and liaise with Customer Service, TMS, and carriers
* Verify pick slips, PODs, delivery dockets, and SAP goods receipts
* Resolve daily delivery, transport, and customer load issues
* Support inventory control, claims validation, and purchase orders
* Maintain WHSE, COR, and site safety compliance, including driver inductions
* Complete warehouse administration and archive documentation
* Identify and support continuous improvement and safety initiatives

About You

* Experience in despatch, logistics, warehouse or transport administration
* Strong attention to detail with sound numerical and literacy skills
* Ability to analyse information, solve problems, and suggest improvements
* Hands‐on, proactive, and able to work under pressure
* Confident user of SAP, Excel, and Word
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Cooperative team player with a willingness to learn
* High standards of integrity, safety awareness, and accountability
