At Sigma Healthcare, we're seeking a skilled and driven Trade Marketing Specialist to play a pivotal role in bringing campaigns to life at the shelf. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years' experience in trade marketing, retail marketing, or campaign coordination, with a proven track record of coordinating in-store POS and supplier activations.
This dynamic retail environment offers a fantastic opportunity for a proactive marketing project manager who thrives on delivering end-to-end production and distribution of all POS materials (shelf talkers, wobblers, posters, decals, promotional displays). You'll work closely with suppliers, category teams, and store operations to ensure every campaign lands on time, on brand, and on budget.
About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end production and distribution of all POS materials (shelf talkers, wobblers, posters, decals, promotional displays).
* Manage in-store radio content, scheduling, supplier advert integration, and partnerships with audio vendors.
* Provide stores with marketing assets, briefs, and execution guides to ensure accurate rollout.
* Coordinate supplier-funded POS requests and campaign activity aligned to brand and commercial objectives.
* Act as the primary contact for supplier and trade partner marketing queries.
* Collaborate with buying, category, and supplier teams to support promotional cycles and in-store activations.
* Manage all marketing-related Salesforce cases, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
* Maintain dashboards and case tracking to support performance monitoring.
About You
Education / Qualifications:
Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related discipline.
Awareness of TGA advertising code.
Knowledge & Skills:
* Demonstrated experience coordinating in-store POS and supplier activations.
* Strong project management and organisational skills.
* Understanding of retail operations and promotional cycles.
* Experience with Salesforce or similar workflow/case management systems.
* Ability to manage competing priorities and multiple stakeholders.
* Proactive with a strong sense of ownership.
* High attention to detail and quality.
