**Job Overview:**
* We seek a Retail Jewellery Assistant for our Belmont store in a Full Time capacity.
* This role is based in our Jewellery Department.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Accurately process day-to-day transactions in the Jewellery department.
* Evaluate KPI targets by researching pricing and product features.
* Built relationships with new and existing loyal customers.
* Collaborate closely with all departments across the store.
**Requirements:**
* Prior customer service experience preferably within a retail environment.
* Strong communication skills building rapport, trust and demonstrating empathy.
* An interest in Jewellery.
* The ability to negotiate confidently with customers for mutual benefit.
* Creativity in merchandising store displays and hot zones.
