Administration Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Administration Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality administration support to the management team and deliver exceptional customer service to all staff, participants, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to the management team
* Deliver exceptional customer service to all staff, participants, and stakeholders
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years demonstrated experience in an administration role
* Working experience and knowledge of the NDIS highly regarded
* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to engage and communicate with a wide range of people
* Computer savvy, with high level of computer skills and demonstrated experience in Microsoft suite, Email, CRM Database
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in maintaining client record management systems database and ensuring accuracy and compliance in records
* Excellent time management skills, ability to multi-task, prioritise and meet deadlines and to work autonomously
* Experience working within aged care, disabilities / mental health, and experience with the NDIS highly regarded
