Job Description
We are seeking talented individuals for both Guest Service Agent and Porter positions to join our Front Office team. Both roles are guest-facing and service-focused, playing a key part in delivering exceptional experiences and anticipating the needs of our valued guests.
* Greet guests on arrival and departure, using their name when possible
* Collect, deliver, and escort luggage efficiently
* Park and retrieve vehicles where applicable
* Ensure lobby, entrance, and guest areas are clean, safe, and welcoming
* Assist guests with directions, amenities, and general requests
Guest Service Agent Responsibilities:
* Welcome guests and provide exceptional, personalised service
* Handle arrivals, departures, room allocations, payments, and guest inquiries
* Promote Accor's ALL loyalty program and assist with room tours
* Maintain lobby and front desk presentation to luxury standards
* Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments
Qualifications
* Previous customer service experience, preferably in luxury hospitality
* Strong computer and systems skills; Opera PMS experience preferred
* Excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail
* Knowledge of Accor's ALL loyalty program is an advantage
* Familiarity with Manly and surrounding areas for guest recommendations
* Ability to maintain high personal grooming and presentation standards
* Flexibility to support both guest service and porter duties
* Physical ability to lift luggage and assist guests
