Job Description
* Manage the day‑to‑day financial operations of the organisation.
* Prepare accurate financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
* Ensure compliance with all accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
* Oversee cash flow management and financial planning activities.
* Provide strategic financial insights to support decision‑making.
* Lead and mentor a small accounting team to achieve departmental goals.
* Collaborate with other departments to optimise financial performance.
* Identify and implement process improvements within financial systems and procedures.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Finance Manager Will Be Able To Demonstrate
* A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* Professional accounting qualifications (e.g., CPA or CA) are highly regarded.
* Strong knowledge of financial management and reporting in the construction industry.
* Proficiency in multiple finance ERPs and Microsoft Excel.
* Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
* Ability to lead a team of 3.
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
