Yipirinya School is looking for a Part Time Receptionist/Office Administrator to join our team. The working hours would be between 9:00am and 2:30pm M-F. This role is central to the daily life of the school as the first point of contact for families, community, staff and visitors.
About the Role
* Greet families, visitors and staff with a warm welcome
* Answer and direct phone calls, take messages and respond to enquiries
* Assist with student enrolments and school records
* Support everyday office administration tasks
* Provide clear and friendly communication between families, staff and the wider community
