About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated sales representative to join our team. As a craft beer sales representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of craft beers to customers, establishing and maintaining strong business relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
\

1. Promote and sell our craft beers to potential and existing clients (pubs, restaurants, retail outlets).
\
2. Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and business partners.
\
3. Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with ongoing promotions.
\
4. Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support.
\
5. Identify new business opportunities and expand our market presence.
\
6. Manage and track sales progress and maintain an organized database of client information.
\
7. Conduct regular visits to clients and handle queries or concerns in a professional manner.

8. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Requirements:

9. Proven experience in a similar sales role, preferably within the food & beverage or craft beer industry.
\
10. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
\
11. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
\
12. Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).
\
13. A valid driver's license is required (some travel will be involved).
\
14. A passion for craft beer and the brewing industry is an advantage.
