Specialised Linen Services (SPL) is a market-leading provider of commercial linen solutions across healthcare, accommodation, and hospitality. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Transport Worker to ensure the timely and safe delivery of linen to customers, whilst adhering to all safety and compliance standards.
What you'll be doing:
* Deliver linen safely and on schedule, loading and unloading trolleys in line with WHS requirements and assisting customers onsite.
* Comply with all safety and legal standards, including SOPs, WHS, and National Heavy Vehicle Regulator (NHVR) legislation.
* Operate heavy vehicles in accordance with road rules and maintain vehicle cleanliness, hygiene, and routine safety checks.
* Accurately complete driver logs, delivery confirmations, and promptly report faults, hazards, and trolley issues.
* Participate in required training, toolbox meetings, and follow reasonable instructions from the Supervisor/Manager.
* Assist customers with their enquiries.
What we're looking for:
* Hold a valid Medium/Heavy vehicle driver's license.
* Work autonomously and within a small team.
* Adhere to Occupational Health & Safety practices, and report hazards.
* Reliable and flexible, available for on-call work and outside typical business hours.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Provide high-level customer service to stakeholders.
* Support company goals for environmental sustainability and continuous quality improvement.
