Training Specialist
We're seeking a highly skilled Training Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you'll be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs for new hires.
* You'll design and implement engaging onboarding processes that set up team members for success in their roles.
* You'll work closely with subject matter experts to maintain and update training materials, ensuring they remain relevant and effective.
* You'll analyze training completion rates, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven solutions.
A key aspect of this role is the ability to facilitate hands-on training sessions, both virtually and in-person. You'll coach and assess progress across various modules, providing constructive feedback to support continuous learning.
