**The Opportunity**
As lease administration manager, you will directly oversee the successful administration across a national portfolio of office and retail property.
You will administer all timely and accurate tenant information in MRI, and timely resolution of tenancies queries as directed by your Property Manager colleagues or as requested by the tenant.
You will also issue monthly tenant invoices and preparation of adhoc recoveries and recharges. Prepare and coordinate annual outgoings estimate & reconciliation process.
As well as identify and implement enhancements in the group to efficiency, accuracy, and profitability through systems and processes modifications for the lease administration process.
You will work closely with general counsel, internal lawyer, and your property management and finance colleagues.
The company presently has 12 assets nationally, some of which are new commercial development assets, with existing options for new building acquisition & development in the near future.
You can expect to be overseeing around 300 tenants at any one time.
**The Person**
You will be a highly detailed and proactive individual, with significant experience in managing commercial leases. You will be able to work autonomously, and be very strong in your systems experience, in particular MRI, Nexus, Xero, and MyBuildings.
You will enjoy fast-paced environment, a close-knit team, and a very proactive approach to managing property.
You will be tertiary qualified, and hold at least 5-10 years experience in commercial property lease administration.
