Job Role: Bar Attendant
The Endeavour Group is seeking enthusiastic bar staff to join their team at The Springwood Hotel.
This dynamic venue offers a unique opportunity to work across multiple bars and restaurants, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a fun and efficient experience for guests.
We are looking for individuals who can prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to high standards.
Key responsibilities include:
* Prepare and serve drinks
* Operate POS systems and handle cash accurately
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar areas
* Provide friendly, attentive, and efficient customer service
* Monitor responsible service of alcohol and uphold compliance requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Be 18+ years old
* Hold a current RSA certification
* Have strong customer service skills and a passion for hospitality
* Previous bar experience is preferred
