Construction Manager – Take Charge of End-to-End Delivery on a Key WA Project

The Project
This is a drive-in/drive-out (DIDO) role offering the opportunity to lead a critical project from the ground up.
Start Date: Immediate
Roster: 5 days on / 2 days off
Remuneration: Fortnightly pay + Performance Incentive Plan (PIP) bonus on successful project completion
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage all site-based construction and commissioning activities
* Coordinate with internal project teams and external stakeholders
* Supervise subcontractors and monitor progress against schedule
* Interpret and apply technical drawings and specifications
* Conduct inspections, audits, and ensure quality and HSE compliance
* Resolve defects and manage non-conformances to meet handover timelines
* Maintain accurate records and support project reporting
* Review site plans to ensure alignment with project objectives throughout all phases of construction
* Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful outcomes
Qualifications & Skills:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a Construction Manager role within heavy industrial environments
* Trade or engineering background (Civil, Mechanical, SMP, or similar) preferred
* Proven experience managing complex CSMPEI scopes and multidisciplinary teams
* In-depth understanding of construction sequencing, safety standards, and QA/QC systems
* Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
* Experience with Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractors highly regarded
