Schwarz Excavations is seeking experienced Hi-Rail Loader Operators to join our team and contribute to major civil, rail, and infrastructure projects across Queensland. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to work with specialized rail and earthmoving equipment, ensuring safe and efficient project delivery.
About The Role
* Assist with maintenance of rail track infrastructure
* Operate Loader in compliance with network-specific standards and operational procedures.
* Follow all site, client and Schwarz safety policies and procedures
* Communicate effectively with team members to ensure safe operations
* Support a safety-first culture through proactive participation
* Accurately complete required paperwork and reports
Skills And Experience
* RIW (Rail Industry Worker)
* Relevant Operator Ticket
* Loader Experience
* Construction Induction (White Card)
* C Class Driver's Licence
* Ability to pass a CAT 1 Rail Medical Assessment
* Ability to pass drug and alcohol screening
* Strong commitment to safety and working as part of a team
