This is a full-time Property Maintenance Person role based across Adelaide.
As part of the team at Kenny's Maintenance and Electrical, you will be responsible for providing a range of property maintenance and handyperson services to our residential and commercial clients.
What you'll be doing
Performing general maintenance and repair tasks on residential and commercial properties
Painting and plaster repairs, along with minor renovation projects
Assisting with garden and landscaping work
Responding promptly to service requests and providing excellent customer service
Maintaining a high standard of work and ensuring a safe work environment
What we're looking for
1-2 years' experience in a property maintenance or handyperson role
Knowledge of general maintenance procedures
Strong practical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A valid driver's licence
