AbouttheRole

TheEuropeanAccountManagerwillplayacrucialroleinmanagingclientrelationships,supportingsalesefforts,andensuringcustomersatisfactionthrougheffectivecommunicationandcollaboration.

Responsibilities
* Client Relationship Management: Assist in managing a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
* Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to prepare proposals, quotes, and presentations tailored to client needs.
* Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for Amino's solutions.
* Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems, manage client communications, and ensure timely follow-ups.
* Customer Engagement: Support the delivery of customer onboarding, training sessions, and product demonstrations.
* Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to deliver an excellent customer experience.
* Target Achievement: Contribute to achieving revenue targets and KPIs through upselling, cross-selling, and supporting new business development initiatives.
Qualifications
* Bachelor'sdegreeinBusiness,Marketing,Communications,orarelatedfieldispreferred.
* 1-2 years of experience in account management, sales, or a customer-facing role (experience in the technology or digital video industry is a plus).
* Interestinorfamiliaritywithdigitalvideosolutions,connectedTVdevices,orrelatedtechnologiesisaplus.
RequiredSkills
* Self-starter – must be able to take on responsibility, manage own time effectively and be able to work to deadlines.
* Excellent communication, both verbal and written, skills with the ability to confidently interact with individuals from all levels within the organisation, external customers and suppliers - face to face, by telephone, email or otherwise.
* Strongrelationship-buildingskillsandacustomer-firstmindset.
* Highlyorganisedandabletofollowproceduresandrecommend/implementimprovements.
* Activelyseeksopportunitiestoinnovate,improveprocessesandimprovecostefficiencies.
* Gooddiagnosticandstrongproblem-solvingskills.
* Abletoprepareand/orpresentaccurateanddetailedinformation.
* Demonstratesprofessionalism,integrityandrespectforothersandtheirroles.

* Ability to identify client needs and propose effective solutions, with the ability to cope with a fast pace of customer requirements and technology change.
* Committedtocontinuedpersonalgrowthandthedevelopmentofothersthroughsharingknowledgeandideas.
* Self-awarewithavaluesdrivenmind-setapplyingthecompanyvalues.
PreferredSkills
* Experienceinthetechnologyordigitalvideoindustry.
* Familiarity with digital video solutions and connected TV devices.
