Responsibilities
* Leading & Managing the New Vehicle Department of our Toyota Branch in Lilydale
* Developing & executing the New Vehicle Sales -Department strategies to increase revenue & market share within our PMA
* Leading a professional & fun workplace environment for our Sales Team members
* Meeting TMCA & Company reporting & compliance standards
* Exceeding TMCA Targets whilst ensuring the efficiency & budgeted profitability of the New Vehicle Department
* Deliver TMCA Excellence level Customer Experience
* Continuous Improvement of our New Vehicle Department to be the best in class
* Set goals, monitor & manage progress, coach staff, represent the Company & Toyota Brand within the community
Qualifications
* Display the highest levels of integrity & professionalism
* Have a proven track record in automotive sales
* Have prior experience in Management as a Sales Manager or Assistant Manager role
