Business Development Representative Opportunity
Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to help grow our client base. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for contacting businesses across various industries to introduce our services, qualify their needs, and book appointments for our sales team.
You will make outbound cold calls to Australian businesses using provided leads or researched databases, introducing our commercial cleaning services in a professional and engaging manner. You will ask qualifying questions to identify if the prospect fits our ideal client profile and book appointments directly into our sales calendar.
Your responsibilities will also include maintaining accurate records of calls, outcomes, and follow-ups in our CRM, providing regular updates and feedback on lead quality and objections, and possessing strong spoken English and a confident phone manner.
Requirements
* Proven experience in cold calling or telemarketing (B2B preferred)
* Previous work with cleaning, property services, or facility management industries (preferred but not essential)
* Reliable internet and quiet working environment
* Comfortable working in the Australian time zone
* Flexible working hours (with overlap during AUS business hours)
