What You'll Be Doing (AKA Your Daily Superpowers) 🦸♀️🦸♂️
Customer Service — AU, NZ & Pharmacy
* Be the friendly voice and helpful human behind our phones, emails, and chat for AU and NZ, responding to customer enquiries with care and confidence.
* Troubleshoot issues and provide timely, professional resolutions that leave customers feeling looked after.
* Process orders, returns, refunds and account updates accurately and efficiently.
* Manage auto-delivery subscriptions like a boss.
* Help keep our marketplace customers smiling, keeping response times within SLA and satisfaction levels high.
e-Commerce Goodness — Shopify, Products & Pricing
* Build and maintain new product ranges in Shopify for AU, NZ.
* Keep product info tidy and up to date (pack changes, MSDS, retired SKUs — you name it).
* Conduct pricing & competitor analysis and follow our framework to bring new ranges to life.
* Help ensure our online shelves stay fresh, accurate, and irresistible.
Logistics & Delivery Support
* Be the go-to for AU post queries and lodge disputes through merchant portals.
* Jump in when customers need help with deliveries, fulfilment, or order updates.
Who You Are (Besides a Pet Lover, Obviously) 🐶🐱
* You're organised, switched on, and love solving problems.
* You communicate like a pro — phone, email, chat… you're fluent in all three.
* Experience with Shopify or ecommerce platforms = a big plus.
* You can juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball.
* Most importantly: you bring positive energy and a \"let's make this awesome\" attitude.
