Administration Management Role
We are seeking an experienced administration manager to join our team.
* Manage the complete administration function, including supporting administrative staff.
* Be the first point of contact for clients, suppliers, and employees.
* Allocate jobs to tradespersons using online systems.
* Handle accounts receivable and payable, invoicing, and quoting.
* Maintain working relationships with clients, contractors, and prospective clients.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Previous office administration management experience.
* Experience using Xero & SimPRO is an advantage.
* Honesty, reliability, and conscientiousness.
* Initiative and ability to work independently.
* Ability to complete all works in a compliant and timely manner.
* Good customer service skills, a positive attitude, and a focus on continuous improvement.
* Strong safety focus and adherence to company and site safety processes.
