Program Overview
The Livestock Career Development Program is designed for individuals who want to make a difference for Australian farmers. As part of this 24-month program, you will work at our Wodonga branch and complete an in-house Certificate in Livestock Marketing.
You will participate in leadership and skill-building workshops, receive on-the-ground training, and have mentors assigned to provide ongoing support.

Requirements
* Have a strong desire to learn and succeed in the livestock industry.
* Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and negotiation abilities.
* Meet the following criteria: successful completion of Year 12, at least 24 months of experience in the agricultural industry (ideally in livestock), willingness to relocate, Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency, vaccination against Q Fever, and ability to work in a team environment.
