We are looking for a skilled leading hand / diagnostic specialist. This isn't just a "wrenching" job, You will be the technical heartbeat of our shop. you will oversee a team of techs and apprentices, ensuring the highest quality of repair work and tackle the complex diagnostics that come into our shop.

Key Responsibilities
* Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical faults on light vehicles (Petrol & Diesel)
* Min 5 year's post apprenticeship, with real hands-on experience in diagnostics and repairs
* Carry out servicing and general repairs.
* Effective leadership, communication and organisational skills
* Support and lead our workshop team and help maintain a high standard of work
* Strong diagnostic ability with modern vehicle systems.
* Current drivers licence
What You Bring to the Table
* Experience: A highly skilled mechanic with strong diagnostic and repair abilities
* Certifications: Cert III Light vehicle Mechanic
* Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with modern diagnostic software and shop management systems
* Leadership: A positive attitude and the ability to lead by example under pressure.
