About the Role

As a Full‐Time Pharmacy Assistant, you will play a key role in creating a positive and seamless experience for every customer who visits our store. You'll be part of a cooperative team, working closely with the Retail Manager to ensure the store operates efficiently while delivering outstanding service. This is a hands‐on, customer‐focused role where no two days are the same.

You will:

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance to customers, helping them find the right products for their needs.
• Build positive relationships with customers and contribute to a welcoming store atmosphere.
• Maintain visually appealing shelves and displays through effective merchandising and stock replenishment.
• Ensure accurate pricing and clear product ticketing.
• Process transactions efficiently and accurately at the register.
• Assist with stock management, including receiving and organising deliveries.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and safety throughout the store.
• Support daily operations to ensure the store runs smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications

• The ability to work independently and collaboratively.
