The team at Flexiforce are seeking a driven and dependable Rural Labourer for part-time mixed farm operation & property maintenance in Mittagong, NSW. About the Role: Ongoing Employment. Immediate start. This is a part-time position - 2 days per week - on a mixed farm, assisting with general labouring and groundskeeping tasks. Ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on outdoor work in a rural environment. Key Responsibilities:
* General labouring and farm support tasks
* Groundskeeping and property maintenance
* Operating mowers and whipper snippers
* Maintaining outdoor areas and keeping the property tidy
* Assisting with general upkeep of the farm and surrounding grounds
About You:
* Local to the Southern Highlands or surrounding areas
* Previous experience in labouring, groundskeeping, farming or property maintenance
* Experience operating gardening equipment, such as mowers and whipper snippers
* Possession of driver’s licence & reliable transportation
* Motivated and hardworking with a can-do attitude
* Comfortable working outdoors in a hands-on role
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
