This is an excellent opportunity to be a part of an essential team that provides soft services such as Village Management, Catering, Transport, Cleaning and Utility services to a well-known Mining Company situated in the Mid-West WA.Benefits ProvidedUniforms / PPE and AccommodationAn Employee Assistance Program which incorporates a range of support and counselling services for any issue personal or work relatedKey ResponsibilitiesThis position is responsible for maintaining a high standard of daily food and menu preparation, cooking and service for the Residents of the Village.Duties include:Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and safety practices in line with HACCP guidelines, procedures and documentationProduction of high-quality, nutritious and well-presented mealsContinuous menu design and implementationMaintain food production equipmentAssist Head Chef and other departments if requiredAbout YouTo join our team you will be a qualified Chef with demonstrated experience and innovation in mass catering environments.
You will possess strong knowledge of Hygiene and Food Safety Standards with cultural dietary requirements being an advantage.
