Job Title: Regional Sales Director
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our sales team in generating consignments through strategic initiatives and business plans.
The successful candidate will play a key leadership role in driving sales growth, developing territory sales managers, and executing marketing strategies aligned with corporate goals.

Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and executing annual regional business plans and sales growth strategies.
* Establishing and maintaining disciplined regional sales planning, sales territory management structures, and real-time sales performance management.
* Formulating and executing marketing strategies with the Corporate Marketing team and Territory Managers.
* Maintaining high visibility during auctions and within the business community, customers, and employees through participation at conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
* Managing the performance accountability of Territory Managers for the region.
* Reviewing Sales Contribution Statements quarterly with each Territory Manager.
* Assisting in setting individual plans to ensure Territory Managers achieve their set GAP targets.
* Ensuring all aspects of deal execution, including pricing risk deals, managing deal strategy, and approving value debt issues.
* Ownership of customer contracts, ensuring completeness, accuracy, policy compliance, timely delivery of equipment, and titles/registrations.
Requirements:
* A University degree in Business Management or Commerce, or 10 years of related work experience.
* A minimum of 5-7 years of experience managing and/or directing a field sales team in a quota-driven business environment.
* Demonstrated experience in leading sales strategic initiatives and business plans to support evolving business goals.
* Strong business acumen, leadership, management, and coaching skills.
* A high degree of customer service orientation.
