Senior Custodial Operations Manager
This is a key opportunity to lead the development and implementation of strategies that support community safety through prisoner education and employment programs.
* Provide strategic direction, leadership and management of custodial operations.
* A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, criminology or law enforcement.
* At least 5 years' experience in senior management roles within correctional services or a related industry.
* Proven ability to develop and implement effective operational strategies that promote community safety.
* Solid communication skills with excellent written and verbal abilities.
