* Strategic Legal Advice: Provide expert guidance on corporate law, governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management matters.
* Corporate Secretarial Services: Support company secretarial activities, including drafting resolutions and managing corporate filings.
* Mergers and Acquisitions: Assist with M&A transactions across APAC, coordinating external advisors.
* Restructuring Activities: Advise on restructuring matters and prepare relevant documentation.
* Commercial Agreements: Draft, review, and negotiate agreements.
