Lead from the front, involved in all aspects of sales, marketing, operations, and strategic initiatives.
Manage key customer relationships, manufacturing, operations (lean principles), tenders, contracts, project management, process improvements, safety, finance, and fostering a culture of responsibility, accountability, and development.
Requirements:
Tertiary qualified with proven profit center or general management experience in building on medium to large manufacturing, construction, and sales operations.
Experience in end-to-end management of commercial projects and installations involving made-to-order or customized engineered products/systems in the building and construction sector.
Solid organizational skills, construction project management expertise, computer literacy (Excel, ERP systems), and a passion for driving business growth.
