About this Role
We are seeking an experienced HRIS Systems Administrator to join our team in a permanent full-time capacity.
This role is responsible for day-to-day system administration of our core HR system, ensuring seamless functionality and security. This includes acting as business advisor on opportunities to streamline processes, maintaining system documentation, and planning for future releases.
The role will also maintain security and functionality on other key HR systems.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Acting as product owner for HR system functionality and security requirements
* Maintaining configuration workbooks
* Leading workflow reviews and initiating automation opportunities
* Leading functionality release management
* Managing intake, investigation, and implementation of business functionality change requests
* Leading testing planning and management, as well as training and communications
* Managing relationships with key internal stakeholders and vendor relationships
* Product management of security & functionality for HR systems
* Managing provider relationships with vendors and the IT Development team
* Completion of service tickets for systems requests
* Investigating alternate system solutions as required
* Undertaking system roadmap planning
* Leading project management functionality rollouts, including training and change management
Requirements
This role requires previous experience working with HR systems and/or as a system administrator of a large-scale HR system. Demonstrated project management experience is essential. Experience in managing system releases and product management is necessary. Strong analytical skills are required to quickly gather information, develop recommendations, and document outcomes.
