Position Overview
We are looking for a Service Technician to support our commercial, retail, institutional and industrial customers. This role combines hands‐on technical work with customer service, focusing on maintaining and repairing automatic door systems. You'll be working both independently and as part of a wider service team, contributing to the reliability and reputation of our products in the field.
What you will do
* Carry out preventative maintenance across automatic door systems
* Diagnose faults and complete breakdown repairs efficiently
* Perform repairs and support major works on swing and revolving doors
* Support installation and servicing across new and existing client sites
* Deliver a high level of customer service during all interactions
* Participate in an after‐hours rotating roster
What we require
* Strong mechanical aptitude with hands‐on experience
* Basic understanding of electrical safety principles
* Ability to work independently in a field‐based role
* Good communication skills and customer‐focused approach
* Valid driver's licence
What we prefer
* Experience with automatic doors or similar equipment
* Background in service, maintenance, or technical trades
* Experience working in commercial or industrial environments
