Technical Support Specialist - Frontend
This is a customer-facing role that requires strong technical skills and excellent customer service skills. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and resolving complex technical issues across the frontend stack in collaboration with Development and Operations teams.
You will provide excellent communication to stakeholders and troubleshoot, diagnose, and document issues to drive permanent fixes. You will also collaborate with product and engineering teams to drive product quality and reliability.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have demonstrated ability to troubleshoot difficult technical issues and working knowledge of components in a web applications stack. You will also need experience writing or debugging Object Oriented code and experience with relational databases such as MySQL or Oracle.
