About the Role
The role is primarily in-house focused, with minimal external travel, and offers flexibility around days and hours.
* Shared role
* 3 days per week, part time hours that can be flexible
* Day-to-day management of a commercial property portfolio
* Facilities management and coordination of maintenance works
* Lease administration including rent reviews and lease expiries
* Insurance management and compliance requirements
* Setting up and maintaining property registers and documentation
* Liaising with tenants, contractors, and internal stakeholders
The Criteria
* Proven experience in commercial property management, assistant commercial property managers also encouraged to apply
* Ability to step in and manage a portfolio with minimal handover
* Strong understanding of lease administration, compliance, and facilities management
* Experience using REST or similar property management software
* Highly organised with a proactive, can-do attitude
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
