Human Resources Administrator

Join our team as a Human Resources Administrator and play a key role in supporting our HR processes. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of our organization.

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to coordinate all aspects of pre-employment and onboarding, including medicals, reference checks, employment agreements, and system setup. You will also be responsible for posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, and supporting general recruitment coordination.

As a Human Resources Administrator, you will maintain accurate employee records and update changes in SAP SuccessFactors. You will also compile HR reports and prepare regular data updates, manage the HR and Recruitment inboxes, and maintain various internal registers.

Our ideal candidate will have experience supporting a busy team, ideally in HR/recruitment or mine site administration. They will possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage a high volume of small, time-sensitive tasks with minimal supervision.

The successful candidate will be confident using Microsoft Office and HR systems, with the ability to learn new systems quickly. They will also have a practical, problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt when things change.
