Job Description
* End‐to‐end payroll processing for a diverse workforce
* Interpretation of complex awards (including Nurses & Clerks Awards)
* Managing and resolving payroll queries
* Maintaining accurate employee records and compliance
* Producing payroll reports and supporting audits
* Liaising with HR, finance, and operational managers
The Successful Applicant
Our client is seeking someone who is:
* Experienced in standalone payroll roles
* Knowledgeable in award interpretation, ideally with exposure to Nurses and Clerks Awards
* Self‐driven, proactive, and able to work autonomously
* Detail‐focused with excellent organisational skills
* Confident communicating with stakeholders across all levels
* Motivated by process improvement and delivering high‐quality payroll outcomes
