This role includes cooking for visitors to the Bar & Bistro and helping to cater for school groups staying at BIG4 Noosa North Shore Retreat.
Your days will include:
* Cooking and food prep
* Keeping kitchen and service areas spotless
* Managing food safety and storage
* Customer facing duties such as taking orders and running food
* Handling daily cleaning and waste removal
* Liaising with suppliers and updating menus
* Ensure customer needs are exceeded
* Ensure all food handling safety and OHS procedures are adhered to at all times.

* Solid cooking experience preparing tasty and consistent meals in a fast-paced café or food outlet
* Top-notch organisational skills — you can juggle tasks with ease.
* A positive, can-do attitude whether it's flat-out busy or cool and calm.
* Strong communication skills and a focus on customer satisfaction.
* Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene
* Must be a team player and available to work weekends
* Current Food Handlers Certificate and Working With Children Check, or willingness to obtain both.
* Casual position - 2 to 5 days
