Job Description
We are seeking a permanent full-time advisor to join our organisation.
This role will suit a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to develop their skills in the advisory space.
1. Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on employee matters.
2. Interpret employment legislation and provide general advice.
3. Facilitate training on HR-related topics when necessary.
4. Generate employment contracts and variations of employment including transitions from casual to permanency.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Experience as a human resources generalist with demonstrated skill in supporting performance optimisation, organisational growth, change, and positive culture.
* Varied experience in employee relations and industrial relations issues.
* Strong experience in coaching managers through people and culture processes.
* Familiarity with Human Resource Information Systems.
* Understanding of performance metrics.
* Good PC skills, particularly Microsoft Office suite.
* Experience in the community or disability/home care sector; desirable.
* Demonstrated understanding of disability services; desirable.
