Part-Time Permanent Studio Manager / Coach
BFT Narellan is growing and we're looking for an exceptional Studio Manager / Coach to help lead our community, drive studio growth, and deliver an elite member experience.

The Opportunity
As one of the faces of the studio, you'll play a pivotal role in both business growth and day-to-day operations and coaching. This is a hands‐on leadership role where you will:
* Drive lead generation, membership sales and studio growth
* Deliver an exceptional member experience focused on long‐term retention
* Build strong relationships within our community
* Create a positive, high‐energy and results‐driven culture
* Lead and grow the studio's social media presence, content and engagement
* Coach dynamic group training sessions on the floor
* Inspire and support the coaching team through leadership, communication and ongoing development
* Work closely with the Studio Owner and Head Coach to execute growth strategies and studio performance goals
* Maintain high operational standards across all areas of the business

Who We're Looking For
You'll ideally bring:
* Experience in membership sales and retention
* Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop a team
* Cert III & IV in Fitness (required)
* Experience in group training and/or personal training
* Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
* A proactive mindset with strong initiative and professionalism
* Genuine passion for health, fitness and changing lives

This is a permanent part‐time role with a mix of coaching, leadership and studio management responsibilities, including mornings, evenings and occasional weekends.
