Tadano Oceania, a proud member of the Tadano Group, a global leader in mobile crane manufacturing, is looking for a 'hands-on' Health Safety Environment Manager to create safer, healthier workplaces across our sites in Brisbane (head office), Perth, Melbourne, and Sydney. This role has flexibility to be based in Brisbane (Lytton) or Perth (Hope Valley) offices.

What You’ll Bring:
* Solid HSE experience, with a demonstrated track record of managing risks and driving safety improvements in a similar 'high risk' heavy industry work environment.
* Diploma level in OH&S or Bachelor’s degree in applied science or similar.
* Strong knowledge of Australian safety regulations (including psychosocial) and experience with regulators and return to work.
* Excellent communication and influencing skills to effectively engage at all levels
* Flexible and practical in understanding business requirements and delivering best practice heavy industry OH&S expectations, including psychosocial.
* Sharp analytical abilities to interpret data and identify trends.
* Flexibility to travel interstate and intrastate.
