Your people skills will help the MMHC team create a Centre that supports individuals from all backgrounds to receive comprehensive mental health services. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting the Centre Manager/Clinical Lead in implementing the MMHC service delivery model, including assessment pathways and transition of care arrangements; Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team in the delivery of integrated mental health services and prioritising evidence-based practices; and Supporting the Centre Manager/Clinical Lead in the effective operations and compliance requirements of the MMHC. About you: To be successful in this role, you will ideally hold a tertiary qualification in an Allied Mental Health discipline and be registered with an appropriate professional association (e.g., AHPRA, AASW) or be currently studying and have relevant experience working in Mental Health service delivery. You will have experience in rural and/or remote communities, excellent communication skills and experience working with people from diverse backgrounds.
