About the Role
We are seeking proactive Road Maintenance Workers to support various road maintenance and drainage activities across the Melton Shire. This long-term contract aims to create a sustainable, vibrant, and safe environment for the community.
Your contributions will be vital in managing roadside assets and ensuring well-maintained infrastructure.
About You
* A can-do attitude and strong team player with proven ability to work efficiently with a team.
* Current car license (MR/HR license preferred).
* Current General Construction Induction card.
* Traffic control ticket (preferred).
* CPR & First Aid ticket (preferred).
* Previous experience in road maintenance, minor concrete works, Drainage works and general labouring is highly desirable.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Strong commitment to promoting a Zero Harm culture.
* Must be able to successfully undertake a WWC Check.
