Key Responsibilities:
* Direct the translation of requirements by external service providers into high-level and detailed solution designs that satisfy business expectations and T&I standards and maximize return on Western Power's portfolio of investments
* Oversee the development of design documentation for external and internal developers and configuration specialists, provide ongoing guidance to support delivery and perform quality assurance on outputs
* Review and provide quality assurance of solution architecture, designs and implementations carried out by external service providers
* Monitor and report on the progress of programs and projects against solution designs and quality of deliverables, drive remedial actions and escalate issues where necessary
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Western Power and external service providers to manage the design of solutions for complex problems within the parameters of business need and availability of budget and skills
* Work effectively with external and internal suppliers to deliver business outcomes
* Assist in the maintenance of all levels of the cyber security or the T&I architecture for the organization, collaborating with external and internal service providers, and the business
* Provide input to the strategic direction of technology investments to assist in the development of the enterprise architecture, maximize the return on investment and reduce risk
