Hands‐on civil foremen who lead from the front are crucial to our 'Done Right' approach to delivering every project.
We are seeking an experienced Civil Siteworks Foreman to join our team, working hands‐on alongside labourers and operators on a range of land development and civil siteworks projects throughout Mid Canterbury.
In this role, you will take day‐to‐day responsibility for site activities, ensuring work is carried out safely, to specification, and on programme. Projects include subdivisions, foundations, driveways, carparks, service connections, drainage, and general civil siteworks.
As a key on‐site leader, you will coordinate the crew, maintain quality workmanship, and support the development and upskilling of those around you to ensure the right outcome is delivered first time.
What you will need
* Self‐motivation and ability to work unsupervised
* Minimum class 2 drivers licence & WTR Endorsements
* Must be able to complete final finish prep ready for sealing
* Be a team player and have good communication skills
* Ability to complete a job to a high standard
* A good attitude towards Health and Safety
* Experience with Traffic Management
