About the Role
This pivotal position involves delivering high-quality generalist HR support and advice to leaders, grounded in a thorough understanding of operational priorities, business strategies, workforce needs, and desired culture.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide coaching to team leaders on recruitment, performance management, feedback, and handling of industrial relations and disciplinary issues.
2. Lead key HR processes, including performance reviews, onboarding, and remuneration.
3. Monitor people metrics to assess team health and implement corrective actions.
4. Foster positive relationships with employee stakeholders, including unions.
5. Manage dispute resolution and ensure compliance with industrial agreements and employment laws.
6. Lead HR aspects of major organisational changes to support growth and efficiency.
7. Oversee end-to-end recruitment, talent acquisition, and talent pipeline development.
8. Collaborate on Internship and Graduate Programs, and refine Recruitment Strategy.
