Our Client
Warrawagine Cattle Company is a privately owned operation managing around 30,000 head of cattle across two stations in the East Pilbara Region of Western Australia. Warrawagine Station, located between Marble Bar and Broome, is a dedicated breeding operation, while Wallal Downs Station on the West Coast includes a Centre Pivot Irrigation complex for hay production and an integrated forage and backgrounding operation.
The Role
We are seeking an Experienced Truck Driver to transport cattle, hay and general freight between the properties and occasionally to neighbouring stations. You'll operate Kenworth prime movers with triple trailers, assist with loading and unloading, and help maintain the vehicles alongside the station mechanics. This is a hands-on, full-time role based in the outback with meals and accommodation provided.
What We Are Looking For
- MC licence holder with experience driving prime movers on dirt roads and road trains.
- Reliable, fit, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in an isolated workplace.
- Practical skills including basic mechanical knowledge, livestock handling experience, and a can-do attitude.
Please note:
- Working holiday and 88-day visa holders are not suitable, but longer-term visa holders with previous livestock experience will be considered.
