Job Title: Trainer And Assessor
EnerSafe seeks qualified casual trainers to join our registered training organisation. We deliver high-impact, nationally recognised training and assessment services tailored to the needs of Australia's essential infrastructure sectors.
1. Develop engaging, compliant training in line with relevant training packages.
2. Use appropriate equipment and resources for practicals.
3. Maintain accurate training records, assessments, and reports.
4. Comply with RTO policies, ASQA standards, and industry licensing requirements.
5. Support RPL processes and gap assessments as needed.
6. Liaise professionally with clients and participants during delivery.
* A current TAE Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent).
* Vocational competencies and industry experience in electrical units.
* Certifications and/or licenses necessary for the role.
* Ability to travel and deliver onsite across various states.
* A valid Driver's Licence and access to transport.
* A reliable laptop or iPad/tablet.
